A SNOWY SLIPPERY 19 DECEMBER 2009

Gr

Waynesville, Missouri to Bloomington, Illlinois

Leaving Waynesville approximately 10 a.m.
Arriving in Bloomington approximately 3 p.m.

Bob K. transporting 12 dogs.

Dogs for Crotty & Loy leave the transport at this stop; ten dogs continue

Ph

Dr. T's new facility

Gayle K. writes:

Not a sound out of any of the 12 in over five hours
on the road and no messy crates; how lucky were we.
These are the smallest, most friendly dogs yet.

Ph

Elena, who does most of the transporting from mills
to the vet clinic, in the kennel room preparing
our fur kids for the trip

Elena, who picked up the dogs from the breeder,
said the breeder was old and lived in a
single-wide trailer with garbage all around;
the dogs were outside in rabbit-type cages,
and whatever type of shelter they had were "shacks".

Ph

This is one easy way to move crates to the car

Two of the babies' dew claws were so long
that they had grown into their rear leg area.
How they could be so sweet with
smiling eyes is amazing to me.

Ph

Rick & Cindy B. from Bloomington met
Bob & Gayle and did the second leg of the trip

Ph

First-time foster Margot with
Jared & her Silky Terrier, Buster
Who're you, and where'm I goin'?

Ph

Margot's husband Rick
