We had an unfortunate weather incident as our Roundup was ending. Many had already left when a sand storm with 60-mile-an-hour winds hit us! We all grabbed our loved ones and scrambled for protection. The food blew to the next field and we were all sand blasted! It was very scary. I forgot everything and tried to get my little Duffy out of his crate and into Milt's arms and we made a rush for the car!

We all had to get in the shower when we got home, including Duffer, and there was a ton of sand in everything we had in the car. We were so involved talking to people and watching our dogs, we ignored the clouds in the mountains! Everyone was safe, though.
