Teapot £10 from The Tea House, Covent Garden, London.
My display cabinet including the bookends on the top -
1930's handcarved Barvarian hardwood - found in an antiques centre in Beverley on my lunch hour! Note the handles; closeups are on view at Cast of Characters - the collection is lovely.
The dog in This is the Bear books looks like an ADT cross and has ADT attitude. They are poetry books aimed at five years and under, Becca used to love them but has now outgrown them.
One of Each is a lovely poem about an Airedale called Oliver Tolliver and encourages sharing. Mr Chips is about an Airedale who runs away to join the circus! The Money Tree doesn't mention the Airedale in the story but it is present on nearly every page in lovely illustrations. Wake Up Mr B - I'm sure everyone knows this one.
