Loretta will have a new foster home starting Wednesday! A senior couple in Peoria, Illinois will be fostering Loretta and they can't wait to meet her. They're first-time fosters and very excited. JoAnn Carlson, who was to have fostered Loretta, is now taking in another midwest dog. Loretta has had perfect potty habits in our home . . . not a single accident! We're not sure if we're very lucky or if she has an exceptional bladder.
