front yard covered with gravel . . .

scalped ficus tree removed . . .

LIVING ROOM:
ceiling fan installed, carpet replaced with tile . . .

curtains replaced . . .

KITCHEN:
new refigerator, stove, microwave . . .

& countertops . . .

DINING ROOM:
curtains replaced . . .

chandelier replaced; carpet replaced with tile . . .

UTILITY ROOM:
shelving removed; washer & dryer added . . .

BOTH BATHROOMS:
countertops replaced . . .

MASTER BEDROOM:
ceiling fan added; curtains replaced: carpet replaced with tile . . .

SECOND BEDROOM:
ceiling fan added; carpet replaced with tile . . .

SIDE YARD:
looks like stepping were stones removed . . .

BACK YARD:
scalped ficus trees removed;
gravel added . . .

OTHER SIDE YARD:
gravel added . . .

After supposedly spending $30,000 on these improvements,
the new owner sold it for $9,000 more than she bought it for,
and returned to Oregon.
