ASTRA IS GROOMED 7 AUGUST 2009

JoAnn continues: Astra prefers upstairs in the Spa Staff Quarters for peace & quiet. We think maybe she was someone's only doggie. We wonder if she has been debarked & will ask the vet when we go in next time. Deanna took her in for her follow-up visit on the Lyme meds, along with our Evelyn, for a lump removal "estimate". So, Deanna had Evelyn stand near. Dontchaknow, no bark for the vet. Evelyn gritted her teeth and scooched over even closer. No bark. That sweet girl Evelyn even sat down right next to her. Not a peep. Can you believe it!?? After Astra's Beauty Treatment So far, Astra's vetting has totaled $350.00. She will be having a dental workup in four weeks, which could cost $250 or more. Her Addison's followup blood test, to see if she is getting the right amount of meds, will cost $150.
