Bob has to be the most gracious, loquacious, bodacious and overall sensational man to grace our fair planet. His impeccable wit, lightning-speed humor and well-paced timing have placed him consistently at the top of the pack, any pack, anywhere.
The fact is, I've known him forever and will miss him enormously!
Love,

Hi, Bob!
I don't think I have ever told you this. For the past 15 years, I have passed you in the library, hallway, parking lot, or classroom and greeted you with, "Hi, Bob". I have to confess, so many times when I have spoken those words, I was taken back to my college days.
You see, in college, we had a drinking game called "Hi, Bob". For countless Happy Hours, we sat in front of the T.V. and played the "'Hi, Bob' Game" as we watched the Bob Newhart Show. Remember the show? This is one of those very educational games. It is motivating and it really gets students involved. Isn't that what college was all about?

The object of the game was to drink some of your drink everytime someone said, "Hi, Bob". It was incredible the number of times they say "Hi, Bob" in that half hour show (or maybe after the first 10 times, we just thought we heard them saying "Hi, Bob"). Regardless, my mind was brainwashed and remains a little warped, now causing me to relive the past everytime I say or hear "Hi, Bob".
Oh, it doesn't have to be alcohol, I can remember circling up in an ELOB meeting and in you walk. Fifteen or 20 people say, "Hi, Bob" and before I know it I have gulped down my bottle of water and I am beginning to feel the urge to run to the bathroom . . . so anyway, I will miss my daily "Hi, Bob" and all the good spirit you bring with you each and every day.
You are such a wonderful man! What stands out the most to me about you is that you are always genuine, gracious, and sincere to whoever crosses your path. You use your wisdom, humor and love to comunicate with others in the most memorable of ways. You are one of a kind! I'll miss you and miss saying "Hi, Bob" just as, at times, I have missed the fun of the "'Hi, Bob' Happy Hours" with my college friends.
If you are ever looking for something to do and need to relive old times, I am always available for a good ole game of "Hi, Bob" with my good friend, Bob. I haven't played in over 20 years so it could really turn out to be one hell of a game. I am sure, being the wonderfully-resourceful Media Specialist you are, I could rely on you to come up with an old rerun of the Bob Newhart Show to get the party rollin'.
Live Long, Live Lovable, Live Lively!
All My Best to You,
