BOOIE IN MARYLAND 4 DECEMBER 2010

Deb Hodgens writes: Booie is an owner surrender whom I picked up on 4 December 2010. She was peeing and straining to pee every couple of minutes. On 6 December, I took her to the vet; she had high levels of white cells in her urine. She was put on antibiotics, but by Friday, she was not any better. The vet took an x-ray which showed two large stones. The stones were removed on Monday; she had two large stones, shown here, and five small stones about the size of a thumb nail. The surgery also included a teeth cleaning, but came to over $1000.00. She is just now starting to feel better and is able to pee without straining. BOB ANDERSON: OUCH! Poor Booie . . . Thank goodness CRUSA was there!
