FRIDAY, 13 MAY, 4:03 p.m.: We made it home in one piece!
No crying, whimpering or pulling on seatbelt.
BB is exploring the yard with Booker now.
First they greeted . . .
Then they said HELLO!
Now, let's explore!
Henry is fine with the weekend getaway with BB!
Zooey isn't concerned with BB's presence at all.
Too many lizards to chase.
4:47 p.m.:
BB hasn't jumped on me once nor got up in my lap
while we are in the yard. It'll be interesting to see how he reacts to Henry.
He's still exploring all the areas of the yard.
He seems to be relaxed lying by my feet.
We'll see what happens as the night goes on . . . .
6:10 p.m.: Dinner time at the OK Corral
Booker gobbled his food and was on his way to BB,
but just as I snapped the picture, BB raised his head and was Done.
Then all three went in a grand circle checking each other's bowls.
So far all is well; even Henry is helping and petting him.
BB lay at Henry's feet while we sat on the back porch.
He tried once to get up, Henry said, "No",
and he lay down for about 30 minutes. Good boy!
7:10 p.m.:
We think BB definitely had a good relationship with a man.
He took right to Henry, listening to him and obeying.
We are now sitting in the living room watching the news.
Buster is lying at Henry's feet. No issues with any of the dogs.
You sure are doing an amazing job with this boy, Andréa!
Buster's minding his p's & q's.
7:27 p.m.:
Poor babies come with such sad stories.
It makes me cry when I see what love, trust and security do for a rescue.
He is such a good little boy.
He's really tired so I expect that he'll fall fast asleep soon.
7:36 p.m.:
Buster has settled into a stranger's home,
eaten with a strange pack and hasn't tried to mark anything yet.
He does well with new dogs, both rescue Cairns, and
isn't threatening to either my male or female.
I credit Andréa and her four assistants.
I'm positive this would be a totally different evening
if this had been his first night in a foster home.
He's another gem that CRUSA has rescued.
7:47 p.m.:
I had him outside with my two for 1-1/2 hours when we got home.
Then we've been busy inside.
He's climbed onto the couch and is sound asleep, lying by my leg.
He deserves a really good home.
Oh! He hasn't tried to lick my face or mouth my hand once.
But there's always tomorrow.
He's using his company manners tonight.

Hot diggity dang!!
MARILYN ROYLE:
So good to see how BB is doing on his sleepover.
So happy that he is safe and feeling loved.;
JACKIE IKE:
BB is such a sweetheart! So glad he mixes with other dogs and people so well.
They just love the new yard and I'm sure BB will lose a little weight
playing ball in the yard!
