(For this page, pretend this dog is limping on three legs!)
On Saturday, 7 November, while Misha (@RB), April & Cari were playing in the backyard, Misha hit Cari's back leg with her head (as far as we can surmise, anyway). Result: three hairline fractures on Cari's tibia, and a cast she will have to wear for six to eight weeks (I wonder how long that is in Doggie Years?).
Misha is Arooooooing that it wasn't her fault; Cari suddenly stopped and Misha, who is not as graceful or flexible as April, ran right into her. Really. It wasn't on purpose. Honest.
"FOOD? I don't want no steenkin' food. I just want to bite the head of the dog who did this to me!"
Oh, by the way - if anyone had thought to receive Howliday gifts from me: This is it. This is what I spent my Howliday Cash on. Good thing it came that week!
"Well, there goes my job as one of Santa's reindeer! But I can still look the part . . ."
For the Howlidays, I plan to wrap red ribbon around the cast, making it look like a candy cane. They don't call me the "Martha Stewart of Christmas" for nothin'
