TEDDIE PLAYS NURSE

31 MARCH

I had a quite severe reaction to Booster vaccination two,
so slept on the lanai couch for most of the day.
Teddie spent the entire time sleeping right above my head.

I fed them at 6 p.m., but by 7 p.m., I had to go to bed.
Emmie cried and sang and howled by my closed door,
so I opened it to let her in, and there was Teddie, right next to her;
he spent the entire night edging closer and closer to me
so that I could doze with my hand on him. My comfort!

The lightning, thunder and rain didn't faze him at all,
and neither did the fact that he couldn't go outside
from after dinner 'til 7 a.m. on Friday.

TEDDIE GOES HOME

1 APRIL

Today at 2:30 p.m., Sandy & Pat Yarnot will stop by to pick up Teddie;
We will definitely miss the Little Gentleman!

APRIL FOOL!

Because of bad weather (we were under tornado watch all last night
and there were torrential rains all night long), Sandy is stuck in Indiana,
so Teddie will spend at least one more day with us.

TEDDIE IS STILL HERE

3 APRIL

After spending MANY MANY hours at the airport,
Sandy has arrived home (I think);
Teddie is to be picked up on Monday, 4 April.

Of course, he's welcome to stay here as long as needed;
I think he LIKES having his own harem!

At 2:30 p.m., just as Teddie, Gipsy & I settle down
for a bit o' rest on the lanai couch, I happened to check my phone;
Sandy is calling, From our driveway.

We pack up Teddie and his belongings, bring him outside,
he meets his new companion, Seamus, and they're gone
before I can think to take pictures. Oh well, here is one of Seamus . . .

CTHOME

We miss Teddie already! I hope he is happy with Seamus.
