Duncan at the shelter	On 20 February, Deb Hodgens writes: Duncan is about 10-12 years old; he was diagnosed with pancreatitis yesterday. He was at the vet; so far his bill is over $350.00. He may also need fluids tomorrow.
He is the nicest old man you could ever meet. Until he got sick, he did not miss a treat. He is small and very gentle. He was rescued from a shelter; the owner died and the children put him there.
He does not bark, but grunts when he wants something. He goes right outside as soon as the door is open He walks very gently on the leash and loves sleeping on a pillow or in the crate.
Duncan has a heart murmur between four and five out of six. Until the pancreatis, he was right in the midst of things. When he came in he had Lyme's disease, but has finished his antibiotics for that. Duncan today CLICK ON THE ILLUSTRATION FOR INFORMATION ABOUT PANCREATITIS
