Emmie has had no problem whatsoever making herself at home,
lounging in one of the dog beds . . .
4 October 2017
. . . taking over one of the glider/swivel chairs
(with no fear of its moving,
6 October 2017
and pulling down the back cushion so she can sit even higher) . . .
. . . on Jackie's lap . . .
6 October 2017
(but waiting for Daisy to grumble at her) . . .
. . . on the back of CairnDaddy's chair . . .
8 October 2017
(when the weather cools somewhat, the wall of pocket sliders opens completely,
giving dogs access to the outdoor living room without waiting for us to open a door) . . .
Thanks to these hurricane-grade sliders and windows,
we were able to stay home during Hurricane Irma.
. . . on a pile of towels on the back of the couch. . .
16 October 2017
(now if only she'd take them outside and put them away) . . .
. . . in the dog bed under the kitchen counter . . .
16 October 2017
(near the dog food container, of course) . . .
Unfortunately, as Emmie's skin heals, it itches.
Even Benadryl hasn't helped much,
so I dressed her as I did SADEE IN FLORIDA last year. . .
