FRIDAY, 20 MARCH 2015

The form is finished,
screening put down
(found a roll of screening
in that lean-to;
good thing I hadn't
thrown it out) . . .

The fencing is
screwed down
onto the frame,
except for two sections
that open like a gate.

WE CAN BREATHE AGAIN!

FLORIDA

(And Heather takes the first poop. Good girl!)

And this is what it looks like from inside . . .

FLORIDA

First load of peA gravel
(Joe has NEVER built
a dog pen quite like this) . . .

FLORIDA

The finished product (3/4 yard of peA gravel;
later, I have another 1/4 yard added) . . .

FLORIDA

Big slab o' cement found whilst digging out the pen . . . ??

I've had my eye on this patio set for quite some time . . .
way back in Yuma, in fact.
So when Big Lots (I shop in all the high-class places) has it on sale for $200,
I have Joe & Brad meet me there after a trip to the dump and bring it home . . .

FLORIDA

Finally, a couch to nap on! I do, with two dogs joining me.

FLORIDA

That has been our afternoon routine for years,
and I think we all missed it,
altho I'm not so inclined to take naps anymore;
I'm just happy for a more comfortable place to read.

(It takes me a few days to get around to putting together
the table/storage unit that is included in the set.)
