Shell Lewis writes: But I have never had so much trouble flying dogs IN MY LIFE! And tonight was the last straw. After three failed attempts at flying Gavin to Salt Lake City (he was bumped twice for overbooking of cargo), I finally left him & McDuff off at O'Hare tonight and fairly let out a shout when we left. I was soooooooooo happy we made the temperature restrictions. That was my main concern. One hour later - five minutes from home - I get a call from Tanisha at AA Cargo. Poor Gavin was bumped from the flight because there is a dry ice shipment in the cargo. So Gavin will overnight at the lovely AA Cargo kennels and get on his way tomorrow.
