On 10 April, Lesley writes:

Kelvin is settling in really nicely in our home and has certainly planted himself firmly in my heart. He went today for his very first visit to the vet for his first exam & shot . . . he slept through the whole visit and was even dreaming on the exam table with his little feet moving back & forth. Kell weighs 14 pounds now.

He also went for his first walk in the woods today with Cameron & the Hamilton girlz & Nan, of course. He did awesome and kept up with us off leash for about 40 minutes. He is my bestest little boy.
