PUCK IS HOME FROM THE VET

Puck came home from the hospital today. He has a stitch in his b*tt (to be removed in 3-5 days) and will be on stool softener & canned puppy food (10-14 days). The goal is to keep the stools soft to allow easy passage. He is also being wormed. We will know in the next 24-48 hours if the rectal tissue will continue to deteriorate or not. The vet felt hopeful he would do well.
I had thought after his ordeal he would rest quietly. He has chosen to neither rest nor be quiet. He has the terrier spirit.
Tomorrow morning I pick up the three mill mamas. Pics are forthcoming.
