. . . EMMALINE has "cherry eye" in her right eye.
[See HERE for an explanation of "cherry eye".]

Pictures of EMMALINE taken at vet's office, 6 January 2011
She is a bit underweight and very, very shy. She is the mom of PUCK.

On a sadder note,
please light a candle for the third rescue who did not arrive with Emmaline & Lily. The breeder couldn't be convinced to release her for adoption, believing no one could possibly want her at nine years of age. My heart is heavy.

Anim

DAREN BELTZ:
Sorry to hear about the third Cairn. Be proud, though; three little four-pawed kids have been saved and are safe & sound now!

Anim

GAYLE KIESOW:
Thank goodness we pulled Shashen (@RB on 9/10) & Shade from a kill shelter at age 10.5 years; great old ladies, much like a lot of us. Shade is just the best ole girl at age 11.

MARSHA AARONS:
Thanks, Pat, for all you've done. You have given three little ones life in 2011. Sending good thoughts that Puck will heal without complications and the two others will be healthy.

Anim

PAM SIMPSON:
OMG, Emmaline's ears. Can they be fixed? They have GOT to be painful!

Anim

TRACIE COTTON:
So sweet. Hope Puck does well. He sure is a cutie!

The girls are beautiful . . . hope Emmaline's ears can be healed . . . they look painful.

Thank you, Pat, for rescuing these three beautiful creatures.
