Notice all the crates & pet beds throughout Guyla's house.
I intentionally chose some photos that make it clear
that this isn't a welcome-home approach,
that is her day-to-day, pets-come-first attitude!
So many beds, so little time.
Georgie is so friendly with the cats;
King Emmer (who really does run the entire household)
was nuzzling & rubbing on Georgie from the first instant.
They could not be cuter together.
Talk about a match made in Heaven!!
Georgie fit into the routine immediately,
insisting on sleeping on the bed with Guyla
& (at times) both of the cats. The first night,
Georgie accidentally took Emmer's spot
(he's the yellow cat), but Guyla was sure Emmer
was just showing first-night courtesy. She was right;
last night Emmer gently pushed his way into that spot and
Georgie claimed a place of his own near Guyla's feet.
She thinks that will probably be their usual sleeping areas now.
The best place to play . . .
. . . is on the floor . . . .
Georgie took an immediate liking to my hubby Eric.
Well, it would be more accurate to say it was love
at first sight for both of them. Georgie preened &
stretched & nuzzled & rolled on his back to get
his tummy rubbed and had eyes only for Eric.
Guyla & I were happy they were such instant buddies and hardly jealous at all.
SHELL LEWIS:
How adorable! I'm not sure who is cuter . . . Guyla or Georgie!
But they complement each other very well.
DEB HAWLEY, FITZCAIRN & TESSA:
I am so happy for George; I've been waiting for this!
In his first pictures, he looked confused & anxious;
now he looks like he is enjoying people and knows he is loved!
God bless CRUSA!
