A set of bookends Annie [Curran]sent me; some added ribbon and they hold the Christmas cards Some of my vintage toys, a few bears & books, I think they make a cool display. The raven painting could come down, but I love it and it stays. It takes me two days to put up the tree. It's the old kind you have to put the branches on one at a time, but it's a pretty tree, so I do it. Randy asked me a couple of weeks ago how many Airedale ornaments there are and I said, "I have no idea". The fused glass stars on the right side (in the window) are for all my dogs who have left me. The stars are there always. A "rescue". I found him in a abandoned storage unit. I cut the broken lights, cleaned him up and added some things. Annie sent old painted bear ornaments, I added some rusty things and a vintage necklace. He has been named Mayor Bear (by Annie). I am looking for a hat for him and am making a star for the tree. Kitchen deorations Reproduction toy horse I bought when I was in Pennsylvania last fall [Montgomery]. It's just a junky thing, but I thought it looked good with my vintage toy theme. So, there you have it; that's what the inside of my house looks like at Christmas. Now to add some gifts. There is also a small tree in the garage for Randy.
