First, the runners . . .

HURRICANE

. . . then the first panels go in . . .

HURRICANE

These crape myrtles are leafing out nicely, too . . .

THIS is where another issue arises . . .

HURRICANE

The raised bed (my failed butterfly garden) needs a trench
to fit in the panels, and by trench I mean 6" deep,
6" wide, and a few feet long. One of the crew states that they
are there to build a fence, not to do landscaping,
and we would have to dig it ourselves (yeah, right),
or hire someone to do so.

HURRICANE

This leads to a lot of raised voices, phone calls, texts & frustrations
without a resolution, as far as we know. And stress for us.

HURRICANE

This issue arose yesterday.
Today, we find that not only had the crew dug the trench,
they got rid of the "inside" half of the raised bed,
leaving the "outside" half still raised.

HURRICANE

Someone in the office must've decided that such
a simple stupid issue wasn't worth jeopardizing
the rest of the payment and told the crew to JUST DO IT.
