Today, a very unhappy (and letting Neal know it) Dave came over and walked the fence line with Neal. He made some corrections; enough so that Neal was satisfied, so I sent in the second half of our payment. Neal then went around the fence and put a dab of white caulk in each post cap to lock them all down securely. If you wonder where the British term, "Done and Dusted" comes from, I first read it years ago in a book by my fave mystery author, Martha Grimes. These days, a British YouTuber whom I follow as he debunks Flat Earth conspiracists, evolution deniers, space walk deniers and other weirdos on Tin Hat Tuesdays and Flat Earth Fridays, uses this phrase often and I like it.
