THE IOWA 3 15 JULY 2012 On 9 July, Elizabeth Hertz wrote to CRUSA INTAKES List: I saw a classified ad from a breeder in Iowa who is trying to dump a number of adult Cairn terriers. I live about 40 miles away and would be willing to provide transportation assistance, etc. On 16 July, Gayle Kiesow writes: These three Cairns came in from a western Iowa breeder on 15 July. Today they will go into Budreau Vet Clinic in Cedar Falls, Iowa for all vaccinations and HW tests. (There were six available; three went with another rescue group.) CRUSA sends out its thanks to TRACY WILSON, a foster for WRMO (Westie Rescue of Missouri), who was visiting her parents in Iowa and offered to bring the dogs back to Illinois, which was a HUGE help. On 18 July, Shell Lewis will pick them up & bring one to its Foster Home; the other two will go to the Geneva Care Clinic, Geneva, Illinois for spaying/neutering before moving to their foster homes.
