We may have an adoption in the works for Sandy.
Janet Bucknell from Cody, Wyoming is coming down
in the morning for a meet & greet.
We will know much more after that.

A favorite hobby - toy demolition

Sandy is doing wonderfully.
She has her spunk back and plays
& tussles with the other dogs.

She is a digger and loves to explore
new digging spots in the yard.

She tussles with Riley all the time and can be quite agressive when he gets too rough with her. Sandy's hair is starting to come back in. You can feel the little stubble and she is starting to look more like a Cairn every day. Still has her little "rat tail," but the hair is starting to grow out from the base, so it will be a while.

She loves to be held and take naps by us on the couch. She really is a sweetheart, one of the calmest, softest Cairns we have been around. We are thoroughly enjoying her. She is scheduled for her spaying on 13 July and we will keep her with us until at least late next week even if Janet does take her.
