THE FREEDOM FLIGHT CONTINUES

Gayle writes:

We met Don & Susy Cody in Lincoln, Illinois.
They had picked up the kids from Jackie Stidham in Collinsville.

Don & Susy holding St Joe,
with whom they fell in love and almost kidnapped,
hoping we wouldn't notice.


We then took St Joe & Fred onto Pontiac, Illinois
to hand off to Sue, who drove to Hinsdale, Illinois to hand off St Joe to Sarah Kanter. Sarah drove to meet Andrea and the owner surrendering Phoebe. Phoebe & St. Joe went with Andrea who dropped St. Joe at Shannon's.

Sue kept kept Fred with her, and Hannah Sampson picked him up at her house.

Roscoe came home with us and did an overnight and
will meet foster mom Karen Slane, Peoria, Illinois,
on Sunday night when she gets home from a trip.

Very shy, skittish Roscoe

But Roscoe loves to be held and relaxes while you
sweet talk and sing to him. Doing really well with
our kids too; no issues that way, just scared to death of everything.

Roscoe was obviously very mistreated and is very thin.
But Karen Slane will take care of that;
she is a great loving foster mom.
