ALICE AT HOME 29 JUNE 2009

Aimee writes: Alice was VERY testy after her spay surgery; a result of being pregnant and having all those hormones a-raging, I am sure. After a few days she settled back down and has become quite a little nester. She has rounded up all of the stuffed toys in the house (about 20) and made them her babies. She moves them to a different part of the house at different times of the day. One by one, the animals get shifted from one nest to the next. She was obviously a great mama; she is extremely protective of these toys . . . that were once Oscar's (and now he can't even look at them!). She also has mastered the stairs, both up & down, after four different people coached her and coached her. She is about 75% potty-trained; not too shabby for not quite two weeks. She is a good citizen!
