Linda writes: Karen had her cast removed on Thursday. Dr. Goldstein said that her leg looks great. She has two pins in her leg to keep the leg straight and not to turn out as it did before the surgery. She needs to wear her collar for five to seven days so she does not lick the incision. She does well with her collar, but you can hear her hitting the walls as she walks down the hallway. She is a trooper and doing well. Thank you everyone who help with Karen's surgery bill.
