Today, Ruby goes to her Forever Home. They have both been spayed/neutered, vetted, medicated & socialized. They have enjoyed running insideoutsideinsideoutside, jumping into piles of leaves, learning about sharing toys (or not sharing them, which leads to games of chasemechaseme), learning to crawl under the bed after Cari & Rico, how to wear bandanas, sleep on the couch/bed/couch/the other bed/the other couch, and, in general, become normal, loving pets. Now it is time for them to move on, and Ruby's Journey begins today, taking with her a little piece of my heart . . .
