. . . THAT HAVE TO BE DONE ON WEEKENDS . . .
With school beginning and both of us back to work, work on the outdoors project slows considerably, mostly to weekends. True to its name, Labor Day Weekend found VetteMan laboring . . .
. . . the entire Saturday to make the back faucet easily accessible. He is spreading some kind of polymer between the blocks that, when wetted, becomes pretty solid and holds them in place.
Did I mention that when we first saw these blocks at Stein's Garden Center, the price sign stated $4.49; when we ordered them, the sign was "wrong" and they really cost $9.99? We figured at this point, what's a few more bucks to make it all coordinate?
Since we no longer had a digital camera (the one used for all previous pics belongs to VetteMan's school and was on summer loan), we quickly bought a cheapie to have around the house . . . I cannot imagine buying a digital camera for $29.00, but I did!
We have to buy a few more blocks for under the back gate,
and this part of the project will be finished.
