DAY THREE - CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES

The plastic will protect the house from cement splatters when the sidewalk and the two slabs are poured.

While all this hard work is going on, VetteMan & I are shopping for a new front storm door (in cranberry - turquoise does not go well with the rose pink planter blocks), garage door paint, and landscape lights. To say nothing of getting flower & plant ideas. We like these landscape lights, from Progress Lighting's Arts and Crafts Collection . . .

. . . and ordered 15 of them from Home Depot. At Menard's, we bought 30 much smaller & simpler landscape lights (bollards) to intersperse with the larger ones. The fun part will be deciding which lights go where!
