Also meeting us in Benton Harbor were veteran foster parents Mike & Sue Losinger. Mike & Sue are longtime CPCRN foster parents and just recently fostered Trucker who was adopted this past Friday. Mike is a stay-at-home doggie dad so he'll be right there to give "Miss Ruby Slippers" (as they'll call her) all the attention & feedings she needs.
