MERLIN GRAJEATES 31 OCTOBER

On 3 November, Faith tells us: Merlin graduated from Puppy Pre-school Classes at the Chicago Anti-Cruelty Society on Tuesday. He won the prize for Most Improved. His terrier growling during the early "socialization" freeplay, and an occasional terrier hissy fit, alarmed some of the others to begin with, but he calmed down and became a favorite. Graduating MAGNA CUM LOUD! The Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago who runs the classes has a big box of caps & gowns of all sizes. We've done Puppy Pre-school and will start Pet Dog Training 101 in the New Year. They have a full range of classes, which we hope to continue going to, all the way through. I expect they bring out the caps & gowns each time. The classes are limited to 10 dogs and we had four instructors; Merlin loves them.
