Jackie writes: The accommodation that had sounded so nice when we read the advert and booked was so awful we left and booked into a hotel. We had a long argument about it with the owner; as it was booked in my brother's name. I think I can still visit Canada without being arrested. We visited a lovely park with some stunning trees. . . . . . and of course took a close look at the Falls . . .

JACKIE McGUINNESS: What a lovely surprise to walk through happy memories again. Now for the spooky moment. A get well card arrived today from Julie Herridge, a friend of Mare (you can see it HERE). I met her when I stayed with Mare & Nick. She gave me a pottery Airedale that she had made. I was explaining to Richard who sent the card and talking about the holiday, then I opened my phone and there it was in colour. BOB ANDERSON: This is FANTASTIC! I feel like I should have had my passport stamped at least three times. This must be a real treat for Jackie and will surely help the healing process!
