Ann called in today to do my hair.

It was a dry wash; you heat the cap in the microwave for 20 seconds,
put it on, massage your hair through the cap and leave it
while you have a coffee. I need my glasses now or can't really see that well . . .

I looked like one of the girls from the BritCom, DINNERLADIES.

MARE MOORE

A dry wash? Interesting. You look cute with curls. I've heard of spray-on
dry shampoos, but am unfamiliar with this one . . .
is there something instilled into that plastic cap that
the heat of the microwave releases into your hair?

GR

JACKIE IKE:
Never heard of a cap like that. Looks great, Jackie!

This is my table; it shapes to my lap and gives me a flat surface
to write on or have my dinner on.
It's better than the pillow I was using
that kept sliding off my lap.

I bought one for Tom many years ago, but the glue failed and
all the polystyrene beads fell out, so it was binned.

I had no idea about Jackie! Oh my goodness - sending her good karma
and fast - as can be expected - healing.
