We drove to Bandera; I was disappointed,
as it was nothing like the place shown on the website.
Dan put his back out and we thought we would have to lay him
in the back of his pickup to take him to the hospital,
but he managed to lie across the back seat and I drove his truck.
He wasn't sure what worried him more: My driving or his wife navigating.
The painkillers kicked in and we managed to get back to the hotel
without going via the hospital.
This is the breakfast room. We might cut the visit short and
go home tomorrow or we might stay by the roof top pool;
it will depend on how Dan is feeling.
