On 22 July, Kathy Falcone writes:

I recently adopted a baby Cairn through CRUSA. Her name is now Fanny.

I would like to thank CRUSA members
Donna Venegas of Nebraska &
Shelly Siminski of Alabama
for their help and faith in me
in becoming a new
rescue Cairn owner.

PH

Fanny is a comedienne, a lover, a sweetheart and
a most welcome little sister to my Airedale Terrier Alfie
& Black Russian Terrier Vito.
Both boys love her to pieces.

PH

SHE TOUCHED ME, MOM!

Thanks for having me in this volunteer group.
I'm in Kansas (where else?),
and I look forward to meeting &
working with you all in the future.

PH

Alfie came from Perth, Australia;
Kathy lived there from 1998 to 2000.
He is going on 12 years old and still thinks he is a puppy!

I've always loved Cairns, but never had one.
I thought I would die and go to heaven
when I found a baby through CRUSA.

PH

He's not as tough as he looks.

Little Fanny fit right in with my canine family.
Little Fanny thinks Alfie & Vito are big dorks!
But they all love each other - it's so perfect!

Gr

SHELLY SIMINSKI:
Thanks so much. I love the pictures! Especially Kathy's family & Fanny

Gr

KATHY WALKER:
OMG, OMG, OMG! Those pictures of Kathy's Fanny & her brothers are amazing! Sooooo precious. Big bits and a little bitty bit.

Kathy F. replies:

That comment was so great - "Two big bits and a little bitty bit." It's funny because "Bits" is Vito's nickname. What a coincidence! When Vito was a baby, I used to sing "The Itsy Bitsy Puppy" (à la spider) to him all the time. Bitsy and Bits just stuck. So Kathy W. didn't know how right she was.

Gr

BOBBI PROCYK:
Oh my gosh . . . how cute . . . love all three.
