MEET JASPER & JETTIA 2 FEBRUARY 2011
Michelle Janus writes: Jasper is very tiny and weighs aproximately 12 pounds. He is a very friendly & playful fellow. We are currently working on potty training him. Jettia is very shy, quiet and not active at all. I was able to get her to drink, and she pretty much finished the entire bowl (about a cup). She is going to be a bit of a challenge. Since she has been here, I was only able to get her to eat once. I have some ground turkey in the house; I am going to see if she will eat that.
Both dogs were given baths. No problem with Jasper; I gave him his bath in the kitchen sink (by myself), dried him (with the blow dryer) and brushed him with no problem. He also let me groom him with the clippers around his face. Jettia was a bit of a challenge; we didn't even attempt to clean her until the third day she was here. It took both my husband & me to shampoo her, but she let me blow dry and brush her.
