Skippy falls asleep on the long drive . . . . . . while Molly stays alert to be sure Kathy gets to her Forever Home! Kathy is certain to enjoy her new life with Judy & Gary Glover, who live in a beautiful log home on 40 acres in Michigan's lower peninsula. Former mill girl Kathy prefers a quiet lifestyle and with the nearest neighbor one-quarter mile down the road . . . she has certainly found the right home. Best of luck to the new family!
Now that we're home, bathed, settled and fed, All nicely tucked in our warm new beds. We'd like to open our baggage Lest we forget, There is so much to carry - So much to regret. Hmm . . . Yes there it is, right on the top - Let's unpack Loneliness, Heartache and Loss, And there by my leashes hide Fear and Shame. As we look on these things we tried so hard to leave - we still have to unpack my baggage called Pain. We loved them, the others, the ones who left us, But we weren't good enough - for they didn't want us. Will you add to our baggage? Will you help us unpack? Or will you just look at our things And take us right back? Do you have the time to help us unpack? To put away our baggage, To never re-pack?
