Ollie writes:

Hi, my name is Ollie. I am here in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I don't feel too good. My Foster Mom brought me to the vet today. I have yellow stuff coming out of my eyes and starting having the runs. The vet gave me a good looking-over & medicines, which cost $200 (that's a plug for donations to save more like me)!

I am VERY tiny for almost 11 weeks of age. I need to gain some weight, so my Foster Mom is feeding me four times a day now for a while. I have to be on an antibiotic to get rid of whatever bug I have. They are watching me very closely.

I am wiggling my way into everyone's heart. I love my room. I have my own crate & x-pen to play in when my people cannot watch me. I can't be with other dogs yet so my foster brother & sister have to live upstairs for a while and can't come down to see me. But I do want to play with them.

That's my Human Foster Sister, Asti

Ph

I had a bath today. I weigh only 3.5 pounds and get cold very easy so Asti sat with me in the small bathroom that has the heat lamp in it.They say that smell will stay with me for a while until I get better food & water than what I got when living in the mill.

I am very happy & thankful to all of you who helped me to freedom. My first Foster Mom & Dad, Shelley & Paul, took really good care of me. Then they came all the way to Packer Country to bring me to my foster home. I need to go potty . . .

Lisa Zuleger adds:

Could you please say a prayer for this little guy & his littermates? Ollie is a doll. His head is no bigger than a plum or small orange. I have never seen a Cairn Terrier so small at this age. He is not a chunky little puppy like I am used to.

Why Ollie? Asti went through a list of names and picked Ollie. My parents loved it, and it is growing on me. He answers to it! HE LOVES HER TO DEATH.

I just told Ollie, there are no givens in life . . . you are a rescue, and rescue means rescue. Be tough, little guy.
