GOODIE BAGS
All good things must come to an end, and no sooner had the last person to arrive come in the door, when the second person to arrive went out the door . . .
Remember these?? Every registered dog was supposed to receive a Goodie Bag when his/her person returned his/her pin badge . . . positive reinforcement training for humans!

Several CRUSA Fosters were coming to MIDWEST CAIRNFEST 2007 to either be adopted or to be transferred to their Foster Home; because we didn't know who would be going home with whom, they received specially-labeled Goodie Bags . . .

Lazarus arrived with The Lewis Family;
|
Dorothy arrived with Holly Crotty & Mazin Merghani.
|
Rambo arrived with Holly Crotty
|
Shaney arrived with Holly Crotty & Mazin Merghani.
|
Nellie arrived with Holly Crotty
|
Two non-registered Fosters also arrived with Holly & Mazin
Oliver was adopted by Mary Schultz of Milwaukee. Mary & her husband had adopted a senior named Binks about six months ago. Binks was diagnosed with a fatal liver disease just after he was adopted; Mary & her husband didn't have him long, but gave him a wonderful-end-of-life and loved him dearly.
Holly left with Shell, who drove him to JoAnn & Tom Carlson in Waukegan (previously fostered Bernie (of A WEEKEND WITH BERNIE) & Ruby (of RUBYTWO), now both adopted).
Holly's continuing story and Happy Ending can be read at the SENIORS 4 SENIORS event site HERE
