CHOCOLATE-
ORANGE DESSERT

This recipe for CHOCOLATE-ORANGE DESSERT caught my attention
while I was scrolling thru YouTube . . .

CHOCOLATE-ORANGE

. . . so I thought I'd give it a try as it only required two ingredients.

Juicing station . . .

CHOCOLATE-ORANGE

Two large Navel oranges were enough for the 200 gr of juice . . .

Luckily, Neal brought home two bars of chocolate;
each was 100 gr, so I melted 1.5 bars in a bain-marie . . .

The ramekins would be too large,
so I used the silicone cupcake liners;
you know, the ones I could't find
before I bought paper ones . . .

CHOCOLATE-ORANGE

. . . isn't that the way it goes?

Ready to go into the fridge for 30 minutes . . .

CHOCOLATE-ORANGE

If you watch the video, or read the recipe below, the baker states:
After 30 minutes in the fridge, it is chocolate mousse.
After 1-1/2 hours in the fridge, it is chocolate cream.

In reality, after 30 minutes in the fridge, it is chocolate soup.
After 1-1/2 hours in the fridge, it is still chocolate soup.

And after SEVERAL MORE hours in the fridge, it is STILL chocolate soup.
Which tasted dog awful, so I washed it all down the garbage disposal.

NOT an auspicious 100th recipe,
BUT the first that has been so bad I threw it away,
so I guess I'm beating the odds!
