It's pouring rain . . . a perfect day for baking bread. I'm returning to the pumpkin [pie] spices, tho. Whilst looking over a recipe for Pumpkin Dump Cake and realizing I didn't have a spice cake box mix, Jeanne P. called my attention to another recipe on the same YT page . . . PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BREAD from THIS RECIPE, altho I prefer to call it PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE SWIRL BREAD.

And here comes my little "helper", hoping I'll drop something on the floor for her to clean up.
I shoo'd her out . . . Ready to pour 1/3 of each mixture, then 1/3 more, and a final 1/3 . . . . . . I very much like the idea of using the ice cream scoop. Before the swirling . . . . . . and after the swirling . . . . . . being careful not to swirl TOO much, 'cause then I'll be mixing. Meanwhile, Emmie, who was watching me from the back of the couch, fell asleep . . . That brown thing by her is SweeTea & Gipsy's much-loved and much-chewed Mastodon toy. I couldn't decide which picture was better . . . . . . so here are both of them . . . We each had a slice, with unsalted butter, after lunch. With the added spices, it was DEFinitely a KEEPER! THE RECIPE I USED
