And now to the third of my traditional Christmas Cookie Trio . . .

In the evening, I made the cookie dough, which is the easy part.
As the dough has to be refrigerated for two to three hours,
I could wait until tomorrow to make the actual cookies.


Work station #1 . . .

I could have made a double batch, but I only had enough
corn starch for one, which I should have made in the small bowl.
I just transferred it for the cooling part of the recipe.

Unthinkingly, I went to rub some flour off my shirt,
completely forgetting that I had JUST had my hands in
flour, corn starch and powdered sugar. The result . . .

Because it would take too long in the evening to bake, cool, dip and decorate the cookies,
then harden the chocolate before storing, I decided to make them the next morning.
