BERRY COBBLER 19 JULY 2022
As the 9" pans I ordered arrived, I planned to make the strawberry cake, BUT THEN I ordered a cake stand, so I thought to wait 'til that arrived. (If we ever have get-togethers again, these functions will be useful.)
I couldn't believe how HEAVY these pans were, compared to the 8" cheapies from the grocery store I'm using.	But wait! There's more! I can weigh the pans with my new kitchen scale . . .
. . . which will REALLY come in handy when Neal & I have to go on diets 'cause of all this baking.
Patricia Y. passed along this recipe for The Pioneer Woman's Blackberry Cobbler and Neal brought home two packages of BOGO blackberries so I made that instead of the strawberry cake. (I did make the strawberry reduction, as that will keep in the fridge.)
