These plastic containers are from Publix watermelon chunks,,
and I KNEW they'd be of some use, eventually.
It's not hoarding if it's books or something I can use someday.
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

The lemon extract is added at this time.

The nonpareils are NOT colorfast, so when I mixed
them into the dough, this is the awful color that resulted . . .

Some have asked how I made these rolled cookies so uniform in size.
I have this set of metal measuring spoons that I never liked,
but now I use them to make uniformly-sized cookies,
as they won't break like the plastic ones might.
I use the one tablespoon size for these . . .

. . . and one of the teeny-tiny
spatulas that was included in the set
I bought in summer 2022 . . .


At the time, I wondered WHY
I would ever need such small spatulas.
I've used them several times.
