RASPBERRY MOUSSE WITH CHOCOLATE (WITH EGG YOLK) 4 JUNE 2023
We liked the BLACKBERRY MOUSSE, so now it's time to try . . . . . . RASPBERRY MOUSSE, with chocolate. Mixing station . . . They didn't splatter at all, and the color is intense . . . . . . after the mixing, the color isn't quite so pretty . . . Now for the chocolate . . . Earlier in the week, I ordered these piping tips . . . . . . but they were HUGE, heavy, and the 1M I wanted wasn't included, even tho the description stated that it was.
So I returned them and bought the WILTON tips instead which had the 1M for the mousse, and another that I used for the chocolate.
