Time to combine the raspberry purée with the whipped cream . . . . . . and to pipe the mousse into the glasses . . . I realized that I should've used the shallow dessert glasses I have for the two with the initials . . . . . . that would've looked much nicer and the letters would be more visible. When I finished piping the mousse, I saw that I had an empty glass; this made no sense, as I only had four of them on the table. In my concentration on the mousse piping, I hadn't realized I was piping into the larger plastic glass I use to hold the pastry bag while I fill it. D'oh! Emmie spent the entire time watching me from the couch . . . . . . altho as soon as I aimed my camera at her . . . . . . she looked everywhere but at me . . . There is no way to get her attention, as she is now deaf . . . . . . so I just keep taking her pic until she finally deigns to look at me. Thank dog for digital photography! Next up: BERRY MOUSSE, as I still have blackberries & raspberries, to which I add will some strawberries. It might end up tastng like nothing, but I'm willing to find out.
