Mixing station #2 . . .
Turns out I didn't need the pastry bag.
Doesn't this look luscious?
Four glasses with the cookie crumb base . . .
. . . I'm using the bottle of green glitter to press down the base;
the glitter itself is no good (see why HERE)
but at least the bottle can be of some use.
I think I WILL use the pastry bag next time . . .
. . . spooning in the mixture is messy and doesn't look as nice . . .
I used the glitter, even tho there's no sparkle . . .
I even like to watch Mom when she's doing the dishes . . .
. . . that's just how much I love her.
AND then she can't grab her camera 'cause her hands are wet!
I might have Old Dog/Sudden Onset Vestibular Syndrome, but I'm still pretty smart!
KEY LIME MOUSSE tastes like Key Lime Pie in a Glass.
It is definitely a KEEPER, says Taste Tester #1.
I'd like to try this with lemon juice some time.
My next recipe will be COFFEE MOUSSE,
of which I may modify half to MOCHA MOUSSE.
