Made the whipped cream, cooled off in the pool (which wasn't very cool, but I'm not complaining), and then on to . . . Mixing station #2 . . . The purée did thicken some in the fridge . . . I could mix this by machine, but I prefer mixing with a spatula . . . First a layer of mousse over the Oreo™ base . . . . . . then a layer of Oreo™ crumbs & some blueberries . . .
. . . and the final layer of mousse with the last of the blueberries . . .
The color changes depending on whether I use the flash or not . . .
