I decided to use the pastry bag and do something more fancy . . .

. . . which, as you can see from the picture at the beginning,
soon devolved into just piping the blueberry mousse
all over the strawberry mousse and tossing on the remaining blueberries.




Several house later, we had a [messy] slice . . .
